Body & Energy Work in Ghent
Come as you are.
Emerge closer to who you are.
Manushya (Sanskrit: मनुष्य, manuṣya)
To be human.
We are all human. Humane. That connects each and every one of us. No one is more or less human.
Being human means consciously experiencing yourself. Reflecting.
Transforming inwardly. Feeling. Sensing. Being aware.
Yet so often we avoid this.
We function, analyse, survive. Rather than being present with ourselves.
A Space for Self-Encounter
At Manushya, you are invited to meet yourself—without masks, without pressure, without performance.
This is not for quick fixes, spiritual shortcuts, or blaming others.

This space is for you if:
You sense there’s more beneath the surface.
You are ready to stop coping, performing, or over-analysing.
You want a space where nothing needs fixing, only felt, understood, and gently unfolded.
You are ready for honest inner work and personal growth.
What you’ll experience
In our sessions, you are invited to fully meet your own experience - sensations, tension, stillness, or movement.
This body-oriented work helps you connect more deeply with yourself.
It creates space to settle, breathe, and move through whatever arises—without pressure or expectation.
How I work
My goal isn’t for you to keep coming back for years.
My goal is for you to hold yourself.
It’s not about constantly regulating or controlling your feelings.
It’s not about fighting what shows up.
It’s about learning to sit with it, hold it, and hold yourself.
Together, we strengthen your stability, build inner resources, and uncover your motivations - so you can grow, expand, and thrive.
Welcome
Welcome to Manushya.
Welcome to yourself.
Welcome home.
Client Reviews
It was a deep and healing session.
The feeling it leaves me with is that of having been taken to the root of the root, to the center of the center, into the heart of a burning flame, where, from the inside out, all the excess heaviness was transmuted, giving way to a feeling of profound compassion and unconditional love from the deepest part of my being toward myself.
It was a magical experience, yet at the same time deeply human and grounded.
